The daily dose for a child is half a teaspoon, which provides a minimum of 500 mg omega-3 fatty acids, including min. 200 mg EPA and min. 300 mg of DHA and 135 μg of vitamin A in the form of retinyl palmitate, which corresponds to 17% of the daily requirement for this vitamin.
