Recommended maximum dosage 10g . Measure a 15ml of the product in scoop. Mix with 3 ml of cold water and drink about 20-30 minutes before training. Due to the potency of the product, determine tolerance by starting with 1/2 a dose, approx 5 gram. To avoid sleeplessness, do not use the product within 6 hours before bedtime.
