UTILISATION RECOMMANDÉE :
Prendre 1 capsule 30 minutes avant le coucher. Une fois que vous avez évalué la tolérance, vous pouvez augmenter jusqu'à 2 gélules par portion si nécessaire. Ne dépassez pas l’utilisation recommandée.
