I ordered this in the Vanilla Cookie flavor because I figured it would be the most versatile - it can be used alone or in smoothies. I also really liked that this is sugar free and has 20g of protein per serving, although it does have 14g of carbs. I mixed up a glass using vanilla flavored unsweetened Almond Milk. I found that it mixed in pretty easily and made for a nice creamy, vanilla-y drink. The vanilla flavor is about what you would expect - the usual artificial vanilla flavor that many products have. I tried adding a little cinnamon in and liked the addition. I'm sure if you are adding fruit or other things, the flavor would be improved. I also tried this in my coffee - it mixed in fine and made it creamy, but the stevia aftertaste was too overpowering - I won't do that again. This does contain both Stevia and Erythritol and unfortunately, the Stevia does leave an aftertaste. Overall though, for a vegan high protein mix, this one rates higher than others I've tried.
This protein powdered mix comes in a large jar, scoop included. You can mix this fresh daily in water. It does have some fiber, which helps you feel full. I’ll probably use this as a lunch meal replacement. The 20 grams of plant protein is good for muscles and ligaments, and as an older person this is a delicious way to supplement. It has a vanilla flavor. It does have pre and probiotics too to help with gut issues. This large size is economical.

This protein powder taste amazing like a vanilla cupcake. The large size is a great value. The only downfall is the typical protein grit. This can be mixed with water or milk, but has the same flavor with both.
I use vegan protein powders daily in smoothies. It’s always scary trying new ones haha This one actually tastes really good! It reminds me of a caramel cookie. I used it with half a frozen banana and strawberries. It also has probiotics in it which is so great! Very happy with the price too for how many servings you get.
