My wife is vegetarian and was recommended the motivational shake by a friend, she loves it and recently I have started using it myself. I usually use a whey protein shake but always left me feeling bloated and uncomfortable, the dare shake on the other hand not only tastes great but no bloating at all. I also like the idea that I get all my essential vitamins and minerals, carbs and fats in one serving. The natural list of ingredeints also makes this a game changer for me as always wanted the health kick.

This product is great. Very tasty and nutritional. I feel like I have ate a meal which is very handy when your on the go. Would recommend this to anyone who is starting out drinking nutritional shakes. Very tasty and can be versatile in its use. I have used it in milkshakes and my porridge.

I was recommended this to get multivitamins and protein and seen these as an MySupplementShop choice, So I bought them. I have to say the shake smells wonderful, I took it for a week having one shake a day. No bitterness, no horrible after tastes like some shakes can have. Overall these really are healthy and tasty. The vitamin levels in these shakes are really high up to 100% of what you need daily of each vitamin. A few weeks into using them and I have seen a dramatic difference in my energy levels and even my weight. I will be purchasing again and trying out the other flavours.

Flavor is so good. I like to make it blended with ice and it tastes like a milkshake.

I play Rugby and torn my ACL early this year which then needed an intensse period of rehab. I used the dare shake alongisde other supplments and it has now become my go to protein shake. It tastes clean and I felt much more energised when taken as a preworkout, I was never a fan of those caffeinated pre workout mixes but the dare shake allows to get the most out of my workout. The oats in the shake must help with longer lasting enrgy from complex carbs. Interestingly I never knew that this shake was vegan until I re-ordered, you couldnt really tell given how it tasted. Happy customer and now a big fan of the shake.
