Directions
As a food supplement for healthy adults mix 1-2 servings in 250-500 mL (~1-2 cups) of cold water immediately before consumption, 45-90 minutes before workouts. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Read and follow warning before using Safety Warning Food supplement for occasional use only by healthy adults. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Do not use in place of a varied diet or as a sole nutrition source - consume with a nutritious diet and an appropriate training program. Not recommended for children. High caffeine content. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children or persons sensitive to caffeine. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are also of childbearing age; have high blood pressure, glaucoma, and/or overactive bladder syndrome; are taking blood thinners. Avoid taking with health products or foods that contain caffeine and/or increase blood pressure. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Caffeine can reduce blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain, and irregular heartbeat even in healthy individuals.
