Taste a lot better than the vanilla ice cream. Dissolves really well does not leave any lumps. It’s smells like hot chocolate. And it’s very smooth when drinking quality and durability is good too

I gave this a go as I can not seem to take in nutrients from the foods I eat or build muscle tone due to issues effecting metabolic rate, muscle repair & deficiencies. Nothing I’ve ever tried has helped at all so thought I’d give this a go as a last resort. It Tastes lovely & I actually enjoy having it every day. I run around a lot and ride my bike daily as I have a physical job, but I can not work out anymore so thought it may still have some benefit, I’ve found I somehow lost a little body fat & feel slight less muscle weakness since using it, which I was hoping for. It could just be coincidence but fingers crossed it’s the protein from the shakes helping me out. I will be buying more.
Great taste but this flavour was a bit too sweet for my taste.
After trying most protein products available this is the best combination of protein quantity/ price / taste that I've found.
