AstraGin is added to increase absorption of key nutrients to ensure you’re getting the full effect from PRE. Not only do you feel PRE kicking in quickly, but you also enjoy consuming it with a choice of juicy flavours! Suggested Use Mix 1 scoop (7.5g) with 200ml of cold water in a shaker cup and mix well for 20 seconds. Consume 15-30 minutes before a workout. Do not consume within 3 hours of bedtime. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
