Beast Pharm Hydro 360g (Lemon Sherbet)

The lemon sherbet flavour was really nice and it's a great way to get your electrolytes and minerals. Mixed fairly easily with water. I'm on a very low carb diet and didn't realise that this was 1.9 carbs per serving and contains maltodextrin so unfortunately this isn't ideal for me but it did also gets the thumbs up from a family member who has found it beneficial to take with him to the gym.

Since I started taking two scoops of this pre-workout supplement before my gym sessions, I've experienced a significant boost in my energy and focus levels. This has allowed me to push myself harder and last longer during my workouts, even when sparring with bigger guys or doing cardio sessions. The supplement seems to have a synergistic effect on my body, as I've noticed that I'm able to better regulate my breathing and maintain a consistent pace during my cardio sessions. Additionally, I've also experienced less muscle fatigue and soreness after particularly demanding workouts. So far I'm incredibly satisfied with the results I've seen from taking this supplement and will be getting another soon. It's become an essential part of my pre-workout routine. Not only that but it does help with work as well. I work at a desk all day and this helps me to stop falling asleep on my keyboard. The taste is quite delightful. It has a refreshing tangy flavour that is similar to that of a cranberry Icee. The combination of sweetness and tartness is perfectly balanced, making it quite potent even with just the one recommended spoonful. It's far more enjoyable than plain water during extended physical activity yet still light and not overwhelming like sports drinks. Highly recommend.
